One of the most important events in the Guernsey gardening year and by far our biggest fundraiser. Please note that the Giant Plant Sale is on a Sunday as there is no Bank Holiday Monday due to the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations later that week.

There is something for everyone, from bedding plants, special and unusual plants, well-known perennials, vegetables, herbs, Raymond Evison clematis, a generous raffle and much, much more. The atmosphere buzzes and if you have never been then put it in your diary now, as it is really worth a visit.

Help will be needed both the day before to set up and on the day to deal with parking, selling plants, selling raffle tickets and clearing up. Linda Fermont, the Giant Plant Sale organiser is looking forward to receiving offers of help. She hopes that during the winter and spring period, you will be beavering away dividing and producing plants.
