Our Herm visit has been arranged for a group of about 20 PHG members. We will go over on the 10:30am boat and have an introductory talk from Liam Gaughan, the head gardener, as we have our morning coffee/tea at The Ship Inn. Herm is this year representing Guernsey in the Britain in Bloom competition and we will hear about their gardens and plans for their entry. We will then tour the gardens and have a ‘behind the scenes’ visit to their working area.

Lunch will be available at the Ship Inn (price not included) and we will then go off on a wild flower walk to the common and then on to Belvoir Bay. You can take an early boat back to Guernsey at 3:35pm, but the main group will return on the 5:35pm boat.
